Beef stroganoff or Beef-Stroganov (in Russian: Беф-Строганов Bef-Stróganov) is a Russian dish of sautéed pieces of beef served in a sauce with sour cream. While looking into one of my recipe books, I've come across this recipe and decided to try it plus add-on a few extra ingredients which turned out to be an excellent choice!! My Hubs absolutely loved it and so am I. Hence I quickly took a picture of it before we both devour it! We've then decided that this dish will be in our next dinner menu very soon......:)
