Recently I've found these recipes featuring white asparagus as main. My Hubs decided to try one of them. The "White Asparagus 'taart" that turned out very delicious!! It's always nice when my Hubs cooked as he will do everything himself and surprised me later on what's cooking for the day :)We have until end of June before the white asparagus season is over and moreover I still have another few more recipes that I wanted my Hubs to try (by the way, the recipes are all in Dutch so he will be the ideal person to try these recipes ;).
